  • Do you have any properties coming up in __________________?

    We are always taking on new properties. As soon as a new property comes on board we post all of the information to our website. Please check our website periodically and if you see something you like, let us know!
  • I have bad credit, will I be able to qualify?

    To make the application process as smooth as possible we’ve listed our tenant screening criteria on our website, you can access it here. We ask all applicants to please review our application process online. There are many factors involved, so we encourage you to read through the criteria prior to applying.
  • I don’t want to pay the screening fee and be denied. How can I be sure that I will be approved?

    We never want to accept an application or an application fee from a tenant who may have a disqualifying factor. Please review our screening criteria on our website. If you feel you meet all our requirements we’d love for you to apply.
  • How does your application process work? How do you choose the most qualified applicant?

    We process all applications using a qualified scoring sheet, which can be found here. Tenant selection is always based on that scoring criteria. Only fully completed application packages will be processed. An incomplete application package will not be processed
  • My spouse does not work; does he/she need to apply too?

    We do require each adult living at the property to complete an application package.
  • I recently had my credit pulled. Would I be able to give you that report?

    Unfortunately we cannot use outside reports. It is necessary for us to perform our own credit and background check as part of the application process.
  • Can I put down a holding deposit on the property that I like?

    Unfortunately we do not accept holding deposits
  • Do you accept co-signers?

    In some cases we will accept a qualified cosigner. Please review our application process on our website. It can be found here.
  • I want to make sure I get this place. What do I need to do?

    We encourage you to view the property ASAP. After you have seen the property, applying online via our website is easy and convenient. Be sure to follow all the application instructions. By making sure that your application package is complete and accurate you will have the best chance of being approved for the property.
  • Do I have to see the property to be approved?

    We require that all applicants view the property in person or have a friend or relative that you know and trust view the property on your behalf. Once a lease is signed there is no “cooling off” period so it’s important that you verify upfront that the property in question will fit your needs.
